Feeling overwhelmed and don’t know the reason? Here’s why you need a Social Media Detox

Social Media– digital era’s double-edged sword. Love it or hate it but one thing’s for sure we can’t do without it. It has become a habitual part of our daily lives in keeping our businesses visible and our social connections viable.

The exponential growth of social media in the last decade has been great in terms of technological and collaborative advancement but somewhere it has also left us fatigued and overwhelmed due to the ginormous overload and overstimulation of screen information.

The only way to deal with this emotion is to detox. As they say- anything in excess is bad for health!

In order to gain some mindful sanity, a detox is required from time to time.

Would I recommend it to every millennial out there? Absolutely! But the duration depends solely on you.
